Breathing: is very important and depending on how intentional you are with this exercise it could be very helpful to your well being. Use 4 mins to focus on setting and resetting your core at a controlled pace.
Stretching: can be done in many different positions which is cool since most of us are either on our feet or at a desk doing work for a number of hours. Use 4 mins to stretch your upper and lower body.
Moving: is essential to maintaining flexibility and strength. When the body is ready go it’s important that we take advantage to build for the next day. Use 4 mins to stand up & down, walk, or light speed walk.
