Host: Kendrick Farris @shimshone_yashraal Ever wake up in the morning and have a tight feeling in your body, rather your lower back, shoulders or any area with a tight feeling? Here is a morning routine you can practice to help prevent these aches. (This can even be done in the bed.)
•Lay flat on your back, stomach pushed out, knees at 90 degrees, with arms & hands pinned to the floor.
•Slowly rotate waist from left, middle, to right. Allow knee to slightly touch on left & right rotations
•Make sure to maintain perfect form throughout movement. Core set (stomach pushed out) Hands & Arms extended and pinned to the floor Another one that can be done (outside the bed):
•Standing position with perfect posture (chest up pin shoulders back core set)
•Slowly bend at the waist until hands can touch the floor then ease into a push-up position with hands slightly in front of head.
•After holding the push-up position for a second then beginning to tip toe your feet towards hands with knees slightly bent until back into the waiting bending position before standing.
